Broadway Blake The Interview Coming Soon!!!

With the upcoming release of Newark, NJ's native rapper Broadway Blake's album Broadway Empire, I will interview the rapper in the upcoming weeks. I will ask the important questions such as his influences in the music industry, his grind, of course the upcoming album, why it took him a year to finally release his project and more. Broadway Empire is scheduled to release the 21st of August. For now, you can listen to Broadway Blake's leading single "Dope Flow" off of Broadway Empire.

New Video: D Boy Hendrix "Bound To Drown"

New Music: Broadway Blake "Dope Flow"

Yours and my favorite rapper Broadway Blake is back with a new single off his up and coming new mixtape Broadway Empire. The Newark, NJ native rapper's new single is called "Dope Flow" the song has such a 90s New York City vibe to it. If you aren't familiar with Broadway Blake's music then you really don't know New Jersey talent. I'm a big fan of Blake's mixtapes where he hops on other artists's songs and remixes them by adding his own verse; PRETTY IMPRESSIVE. I don't know how he does it though I tried to write a verse on someone's song but I'm stuck clueless. Check out "Dope Flow" below:

The X-Factor Auditions

Remember when I posted two weeks ago about me auditioning for The X-Factor? Well, I went to the auditions and was there from 6 a.m. until 9:45 p.m.. Thank God my good friend Allie French came along with me and tried her hardest to stay with me throughout the whole thing. Thank You Allie =). Allie really did stay with me almost half of the day. I don't know what I would have did without her accompanying me.

Auditions were held at The Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The talent was HUGE! There were a lot of good people who cam to audition and I also ran into a MTV Real World Alumni; Aneesa from Real World: Chicago. Aneesa was also auditioning; her voice is amazing. Overall, I enjoyed myself but I didn't make it through to the next round. Well, there's always a next time. I'll never give up on my dream of becoming a singer. I'm Auditioning For "The X-Factor"

I've been keeping this under wraps for a good minute. About two months ago I just signed up to receive updates about a new talent competition coming our way very soon. The talent competition is called "The X-Factor" basically "The X-Factor" is a talent competition between solo and group singers. The winner or winners of the competition, will get a 5 million dollar recording contract. This is much like American Idol but the process is a bit different. I don't know how different it will be, but with lady luck on my side, we'll soon begin to see. The show is created by no other than talent competition founding father Simon Cowell, who also created "American Idol", "Britain's Got Talent" and also "Pop Idol".  These are all three outstanding shows and have plenty seasons hit after hit. Although, "The X-Factor" was birthed in the United Kingdom, Simon Cowell, thought it was time to look for the person with "The X-Factor" in The United States. 

New Music: GMB - Head To Ya Toe

Nothing inspires me more than great young talented people trying to make a change in their lives by using one of the greatest tools ever...MUSIC. My two friends has formed an outstanding lyrical rap group by the name of GMB. The two members are Rose Pop Bottlezz Rell and Travis "T-Stunna" Thomas. These two rappers hail from Newark,NJ. Their music is dope and the lyrics are very catchy. "Head To Ya Toe" is very nice seductive song for the ladies. I'm by far sure once you hear the song you'll want to hear more from this group.
