Trader Joe's Grocery Store

If you don't have a Trader Joe's in your hometown then I'd suggest you go to your town council and demand one. Trader Joe's is the best go to grocery store for the best food products for great low prices. You thought coupons were a saver, well you haven't shopped at Trader Joe's yet.

I was introduced(NOW OBSESSED) to Trader Joe's by one of my friends from school and the second I stepped into the grocery store, I felt like I was in food heaven! Trader Joe's is not your typical grocery store, you will not find your favorite name brand products or other items you would see at your local supermarkets such as Shop-Rite, Pathmark, C-Town, Whole Foods and etc. 

Trader Joe's is a successful brand itself selling Trader Joe's goodies in it's whole entirety. Along with being it's own brand of foods and goods, the products are very low in calorie intake making their foods more lean and healthy. Most of the foods are organic or made with real vegetable/fruit or just not too over cooked or baked so you can get that healthy well balanced meal including your vitamins and so forth.  

The best part about Trader Joe's is that it's NOT EXPENSIVE at all to shop. Whole Foods might be much more expensive depending on how you shop and what you buy. Whereas in Trader Joe's you get more for what you pay for which most of the items are inexpensive at all. For example: a bottle of water cost $0.79 cents, like seriously? where will you ever find that cost for a bottle of water or a bag of tater tots is $1.49 where in a whole retail grocery store it would cost you about $3 to $5 dollars. You just can't beat the prices compared to Trader Joe's. 

The nearest one that I go to is in Westfield, NJ. The website lists that there are more chains throughout the United States, but not as heavy. I would heavily suggest if you're trying to watch your figure or get back to a healthy life start out by shopping at Trader Joe's. You'd be surprised by how much money you have saved.
