Spend Your Wednesday & Thursday Nights W/ DJ Nakeem

For months I've been telling one of my DJ friends to become local in the popular parts of New Jersey. DJ Nakeem would usually DJ at private parties, clubs/lounges and events over in the northern NJ suburbs. Well, finally DJ Nakeem is making his way to my side of Jersey. Every week not only is he booked for one day but he is booked for two days; Wednesday and Thursday nights. Not at the same venue though, you all. Wednesday nights DJ Nakeem will be DJ'ing at BLUESKY LOUNGE in Elizabeth, New Jersey and Thursday nights he will be DJ'ing at KANELA'S also in Elizabeth.

I mean who doesn't want to party with DJ Nakeem back to back?! This kid's DJ'ing skills are too dope! You can request any song you want and he'll play it, ANY SONG lol! Drake & TheWeeknd - OVOXO

When I say I'm out of the loop I really mean it. A friend of mine by the name of DJ Nakeem check him out by Clicking Here, told me about underground RnB singer TheWeeknd's new collabo compilation mixtape with Young Money artist Drake entitled OVOXO. I got familiar with TheWeeknd over this past summer. It was back in July on my way to the city with some friends when one of my friends decided to play some songs off of TheWeeknd's first mixtape House of Balloons. Ever since then I've become a fan of his and couldn't stop playing his mixtape for the longest. My friend from Cali Chantel, informed me that she also has gotten familiar with TheWeeknd and she was already jamming his second mixtape Thursday.

This guy is really dope! His music and the lyrics are so captivating, the songs really make you think. Both mixtapes House of Balloons and Thursday are as mellow as mellow can get. You'd fall in love. Fun fact to know is that TheWeeknd is a native from Toronto, Canada like Drake. These Canadian guys have some real music skills if you ask me. Well I don't want to keep you reading, I want you to get into the music, I'm telling you I rarely like underground music, but this artist is someone who is worth listening to. Introducing: DJ Nakeem

It seems like all i'm cool with are DJ's & Rappers; well thats because we have  something in common and thats the love for music. I mean you can't but be cool with the DJ's, they play our favorite songs at clubs, parties, lounges and etc. I know this one DJ who is making moves all over northern New Jersey. He goes by the name of DJ Nakeem. I haven't been to one of his parties where he DJ's at but I hear his music mixes on mix cd's and on videos off of YouTube. I gotta say this young kid is pretty dope!

DJ Nakeem, is expanding his brand by creating "@DJ_Nakeem" t-shirts and selling them to his most loyal supporters and fans.
