There IS life after Danity Kane after all...

Dawn Richard releases music ahead of her Danity Kane days. Before the reunion of Danity Kane last year and this year, Dawn had two solo albums out that did very well. They were noted as the heart series. This third and last installment of the heart series is titled 'Blackheart' which will be out January 15.

In the midst of the crazy breakup early August of this year, it looks like the new sound and music will be released after all. If you haven't heard, early last year pop selling Making the Band girl group DANITY KANE sparked conversation by stating they were coming back as a group (Aundrea Fimbres, Aubrey O'Day, Shannon Bex and Dawn Richard), D.Woods decided to sit this one out due to work obligations that would interfere with her return to the group. 

Then once the group started working on their new music in the studio and went on a short mini comeback tour, member, Aundrea Fimbres resigned stating she wanted to start a family and that she'll continue to cheer on the three (Dawn, Aubrey and Shannon). With the hit radio buzz of the new trio's single "Lemonade" featuring Tyga, the pressure was on for the girls to create another number one album. 

In early August, the internet hit news of a physical altercation between Dawn and Aubrey which resulted in the girls terminating DANITY KANE as a group, indefinitely. Press releases were released by the three members regarding the incident, apologizing for the disappointment they've caused towards the fans. Within the statements neither of the women discussed the fate of their new album and music. 

Until now, Aubrey O'Day as well as Shannon Bex took to their Instagram accounts and posted a video stating the final DANITY KANE LP 'DK3' will be released October 10/28/14 and pre-sale begins 9/26/14. Along with pre-ordering the album you can listen to snippets of the album and automatically gain the groups popular tour song "Rhythm Of Love".

Of course with in the bittersweet moment, Dawn Richard had to make a statement regarding the on goings of the release of the album. Looks as if Dawn MAY have threw a little bit of writer's SHADE for the album. See what Dawn had to say after the jump...

Looks as if Simon Cowell's has just filled the void for an all American girl group since the departure of Bad Boy's Danity Kane.  The five harmonizers in which Simon Cowell signed after being the top 3 finalist on The X-Factor are now overnight sensations as well as becoming known for their amazing covers on YouTube. 

This time boy band Boyce Avenue teams up with Fifth Harmony as they lend their voices to cover Justin Timberlake's most recent and popular mid-tempo ballad "Mirrors". All of them collectively sound line Angels from the Heavens above! It's a tie between who actually done the song justice! Just listen and you'll hear!

Throwback Friday - Danity Kane "Show Stopper"

In honor of the previous post about Shannon Bex's country cover of "Damaged" and the whole Danity Kane hoopla, I decided for today's Throwback Friday I take you back to 2006, where the lucky five girls were picked to be in the multi-platinum recording group Danity Kane with their first single "Show Stopper". 

If Danity Kane would have stayed together and worked out their differences, i'm pretty sure they wol have release two more albums before disbanding. Dawn Richard, D. Woods, Shannon Bex, Aundrea Fimbres and Aubrey O'Day there will NEVER be another reality tv girl group to hit amazing boundaries as you all did, magnificant music and chemistry, I miss you much! Here's today's Throwback Friday Danity Kane with "Show Stopper".  

Danity Kane's Shannon Bex "Damaged" Country Cover

Anyone remember Danity Kane member Shannon Bex? Well, it looks like the girls have branched off doing well in their own solo ventures. Shannon Bex who is now married and is pursing a solo career in the genre of Country is set to release her self titled EP very soon. Meanwhile, she's started a YouTube Channel where she's posting videos of the journey to creating her EP along the way singing country covers of songs that are favorites.

In this particular video Shannon was asked to cover her once top selling female pop group Danity Kane's "Damaged" off their second album Welcome To The Dollhouse. Though in the beginning of the video Shannon states she's over the whole Danity Kane era then performs the fan favorite song acoustically in a country version which sounded so beautiful. hannon has always been a country singer and if you payed attention to MTV's Making the Band, you could see Shannon vocally auditioning a country song; which I don't blame her because country singing is definitely one of her strong attributes. 

Deep down inside I pray to the heavens above Danity Kane will resurface to put out some more albums and take the music industry by storm...but until then we have their individual projects which I'm still trying to get used too. Take a look at Shannon perform her country version of "Damaged".

Hey Everyone, I thought i'd post this blog on one of the dopest albums that came out recently, I believe last week or so. It's Ryan Leslie's debut album. You can mostly hear his beats for producing with Cassie, and various Bad Boy artists, and others, such as Beyonce, Danity Kane, Cheri Dennis, Yung Joc', and no other than Britney Spears. Check his album out, you can purchase it on I-Tunes, which i feel is very cheap!!! Some Dope Singles that I lOve , "Addicted", "Diamond Girl", and "How its supposed to be".

She didnt over extend the polka dot look, she also added her own nail color polish to the fixture, which i felt it was quite unique' and fashion forward, it gave her a bold look. Dawn's makeup is flawless, and the hair is giving us drools ;-) OvErAll I would say Dawn wore the outfit right in my cataloge! <3 You Dawn THANKS FOR BEING THIS WEEKS HOTTEST CELEBRITY STYLE :-)
