This week's Instagramer goes to rapper/actor Romeo Miller. Not only because he's my celebrity crush, but  he takes amazing pictures and he always has a way of teasing the ladies whether they're pics of his tremendous phenomenal abs or just him having fun with pretty ladies and good looking fellas or more so Romeo showing off his sick swag.
