What Is It Like To Have A Roommate Who's In A Relationship But Also Your Sex Partner?!

This is exactly what this new YouTube series is about. Now, I've started watching the show since season one aired (Last Year), but if you're just now hearing about the show then before you start watching Season 2, you ought' to catch up on season one so you get a feel of the characters and why they are getting caught up in some scandalous mess.

For those who are hip to 'Roomie Lover Friends' and haven't caught up on Season 2, below watch episode one then continue after the jump to watch episode two and then a sneak peek at episode three which will air June 8th. To start from Season 1, please Click Here.

Our Friend, Martin [Movie]

In honor of MLK Day, I came across one of my favorite Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. historical movies. I remember always watching the movie in January on his birthday or his day such as today and Black History Month. This was a film that perfectly told the story of Dr. King and his significance in the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s.

The movie is about an African-American boy who could care less about the importance of Dr. King's legacy and history, goes back in time where he comes face to face with segregation, the mal-treatment African-American's faced against racism, the unjust, the KKK (Klu Klux Klan) and the mal treatment between his friends. A very engaging cartoon movie that explains the Civil Rights Movement to young children much clearer.

THANK GOD I found the movie on YouTube, now I can watch the movie back to back until I own the DVD so that I can show to my kids in the future; But for now I will show the film to my young nephews in hopes they understand the amazing brave story of Dr. King and understand how one man sacrificed his life everyday for a chance to become equal. The movie also features a star studded cast!!!

My Open Letter To Dr. King "Thank You"

MLK Memorial via Google
I just want to say THANK YOU Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.! THANK YOU for a dream that you envisioned knowing it would come true, just didn't know when it would come true. It was your bravery and perseverance that I can stand hand in hand side by side people outside of my color and race and not be judged or harassed. I wasn't born during your time of the Civil Rights Movement, but growing up in school I learned the importance of your journey and fight non stop every year but it is deep within my heart I understand why you did what you did. I LOVE YOU. THANK YOU.

I Know you're smiling down how everyone of different creed and color are now coming together as brothers and sisters, now fighting for security from earth's harms. It is because of you, I am proud to say I have an African-American President and it is also because of you I can now VOTE and continue my education secondary and beyond. I am more than grateful to have my middle name named after you. I LaTroy Martin Watson, adore the man you have become here on earth and in heaven. Your legacy and significance to history will and can never be forgotten. THANK YOU for fighting hard for my future and beyond.

I LOVE YOU Dr. KING,
LMW

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The bravest Civil Rights leader ever, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I thank this African-American man for all that he has done to make the world equal. His never ending desire to stop segregation in the south, phenomenal speeches, positive work in his community, loving family family, beautiful soul and March on Washington, Dr. King sacrificed it all for me and billions of others to become equal in a world that was once full of hate and disgrace.

CNN: Black student backs Confederate flag

Controversy of a University of South Carolina, Buffurd 19 year old African-American student surrounds the campus and rallies up dozens in the area who question why this young man had the Confederate flag up against his dorm room window. Byron Thomas (the student) believes the flag to him doesn't represent racism, but it symbolizes "pride, respect and southern pride (Thomas)". Take a look at the man's story.

Tasty Tuesday: The Neely's Spicy Fried Wings

Hey everyone welcome to Tasty Tuesday. Beings that I am African-American, I honestly couldn't go on doing  Tasty Tuesday meals without adding an African-American favorite dish and that is Chicken Wings! Lol, you know how they say black people are known for their chicken wings. Well, I'm putting a spin on these chicken wings and i'm going to Food Network's first African-American Family "The Neely's" for some help to kick up these chicken wings.

The Neely's has a great recipe entitled "The Neely's Spicy Fried Wings" and that is exactly what i'm making today's Tasty Tuesday. Who can't resist the taste of spicy wings with a side of their favorite condiment? The picture above just makes you want to eat about 10 of them in one sitting. They look so good right? Well, you can thank me after you had your plate of these spicy wings. I'm not much of a spicy food kind of guy, but you can never go wrong with a cooking from The Neely's. So enjoy your wings or even have them as a Cinco De Mayo side dish. Check the recipe after the jump.

SUNDAY MOVIE:RUBY BRIDGES

The Sunday Movie This Month Is Going To Be Sooooo Special, due to the month being Black History Month. I am an African-American, and I am proud, of what my fellow African-Americans did to contribute, and to make equal in the United States. Many of the African-American Pioneers, were great inventors, citizens that experienced slavery, and people who excelled in school and beyond to become great Lawyers,Doctors,Judges, and so forth.

Today's Sunday Movie is one of my favorite Black History Movies, it is "Ruby Bridges". This movie is about a very smart young African American girl from Little Rock, Arkansas, I would say about in the 1960's, who came from a low poverty, African-American town. Ruby was very smart in her school, the township considered her acceptable to attend a more higher learning school, which was an all Caucasion school. Back in the 1960's there was a big fuss, about interracial schooling, between the blacks and whites. Ruby goes through alot of ordeals just to become an equal person in the school. Im trying not to give much away, but heres a look at the trailer. :-) Enjoy! This Phenomal Movie Casts; Chaz Monet,Penelope Ann Miller,Kevin Pollak,Michael Beach, and Lela Rochon.
