The female reign in the music industry is rapidly taking over from being world entertainers, rappers, songwriters to even producers. In this day in age there are no limitations between young women when it comes to making their mark in the music industry, especially those taking the independent route. This young emcee/singer by the name Sydtastic from Atlanta, Georgia. Sydtastic is an up and coming rapper/songwriter/producer just released her new mixtape titled 'Six Deadly Sins'. 

Taking popular songs from rappers and singers, Sydtastic took them and spun them around her own way. Of course, she's rapping her own lyrics and stories on top of these beats, but the way she takes the songs and truly makes them her own is her phenomenal form of how she see's her music. Sydtastic's music reminds you of a 90's classic hip-hop with an early 2000's r&b vibe. I'll most describe her as a cross between Queen Latifah and MC Lyte!

I like to support and showcase those on the rise with extreme talent. Here comes a new unsigned artist from Elizabeth, New Jersey and he goes by the name RELL G. He just released his debut mixtape titled 'Humble' which features his summer penned single "Foreign Bitch". 

I've been paying a good eye on Rell G and his music and I have to say this guy has potential with the right team and the right mind. Rell G may be new but I have a feeling he brings something new to the rap game. The video for "Foreign Bitch" will be out shortly.

Here's a friend of mine, he goes by the name of Sincere, he's a young man who has helped his part in serving the country in the army. First and foremost, we must thank him for that!!! I couldn't have done that myself, especially during our economic time and War on Terrorism. 

Sincere, is stepping away from serving the country to focus on his music career. Starting off as a newbie to the game, for some years Sincere has been in and out the studio producing and laying down vocals to tracks trying to find his sound. With the popular crave of club/dance music, the NJ Native has found his calling. 

Sincere's is debuting his new song "$trippers" feat. Levy, which gets you #turnedup in just a matter of seconds. We all love our TURN UP music before and after we hit the club; for most the STRIP CLUBS! "$trippers" is the perfect song to get hyped and even dance to. Sincere has picked the right time to debut his music career; SUMMER TIME!!!

New Mixtape: Dezzy Breezy 'Deadman Wonderland'

My friend Dezzy just released his long awaited rap mixtape titled 'Deadman Wonderland'. The mixtape features my favorite "Type Of Party", I don't know if you remember but I did a blog post on the single a while back. Dezzy has began his rounds of rapping, trying to break into the scene. It's not that easy to just put a production of music together and releasing it out to the public for the whole world to hear. 

If you're one who loves listening to unsigned artists and new music then I suggest you take a listen to Dezzy's mixtape 'Deadman Wonderland'. Now this is a totally different rap mixtape from any other mixtape you've ever heard. There are your party type songs and then there are songs that will have you thinking "WHAT THE HELL!" but rest assure Dezzy is one talented young man.

Enfamous's EP Release Party [Pics]

Though I wish I filmed and took more photos...

Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of going to Enfamous's EP release party for his long awaited first EP 'My Revenge' which turned out to be very successful. The ep was available to download for FREE! And with numbers shown, the downloads reach high in the thousands. Enfamous along with his band, producer and amazing background singers took the stage to put on a stellar performance I will remember for the rest of my life! 

Enfamous performed the lead single "Hope You Hurt" off 'My Revenge' and that performance touched people in the audience so much some were tearing, as they could relate to each and every lyric and verse Enfamous poured his heart out as he sang so melodically and effortless. I'm really proud and happy at the artist Enfamous has made himself to become. What I really love about Enfamous is that he sits down and writes his own music, arranges the melodies as well as visualizes his performances and puts it all together. 

If there is one unsigned artist who you are to look out for in 2013, I would have to say Enfamous. He is taking New Jersey by storm and the lyrics he writes down with his pen and pad are soon going to earn him a Grammy Award. Here are some photos I have taken, you can view them after the jump.

THE WAIT IS NOW OVER!!!

New Jersey's rising singer/dancer/songwriter Enfamous has finally released his first EP titled My Revenge. It's been a long time since we all have waited for Enfamou's debut EP since he put out his first single "Point & Grill" back in 2010. Within those tree years, Enfamous teased us with singles to keep us on our toes of what to expect on his EP. Shall I add the three year wait was WORTH IT! 

Back and ready to take the music industry by storm, Enfamous's hardwork and dedication shows throughout this EP. The lead single "Forget To Love Me" introduced us to the complete new sound Enfamous is introducing us to as he evolves into the artist he's always dreamt of. The fan favorite follow up second single "Hope You Hurt" showed how talented Enfamous is as a vocalist and songwriter. 

My Revenge, is an EP for all those who have been hurt in some way  shape or form in a relationship; it can even be with an ex-friend. The 10 track EP serves as an all round EP you have to play from beginning to end; NO SKIPPING NECESSARY. The whole EP is one A-FUCKING-MAZING EP that sounds like a full production LP. Tracks include "Hope You Hurt", "Regret", "Battle", "Freak My Body" and the phenomenal "Hope You Hurt (Reprised) feat. Farrah Roshay A-Natural" who both share an EPIC vocal performance of the song together as a duet as well as other songs you will LOVE.

New Music: Tiffany Evans '143' Mixtape

Everyone's favorite childhood star is back but this time doing music HER way! YES! The incomparable voice Miss Tiffany Evans returns to the music scene after having her daughter just last year and this time she's giving us some feel good RnB music. Her newest mixtape which was released yesterday '143' is a collection of love songs to set the mode for this coming Valentine's Day (tomorrow). 

'143' sounds way different than any of Tiffany's previous works under a major recording label, I guess because she was over doing the kiddie pre-teenie bop music and wanted to make some feel good music for the LADIES. Tiffany's voice sounds much more richer than it did before, I guess it's true what they say after a woman has her first child, life completely changes for her in all aspects. After hearing the mixtape you can definitely hear Tiffany has grown up to a beautiful young woman. 

If you love the old original Destiny's Child music then you will definintely love this mixtape, '143' has that sounds mixed with some old school RnB flavor. Tiffany has refused to go with the pop-techno route and is sticking to what works for that God gifting lovely voice of hers. A fan favorite "If You Love Me" a powerful ballad Tiffany released last year that showcased her vocals to the extreme appears on this mixtape as well as my favorites "Lois Lane", "143(I Love You)", "U Got A Woman", "Do Better" and "I Ride 4 U".

I mean if she doesn't then I most certainly will! Romeo just recently released his remix to Demi Lovato's summer hit "Skyscraper" via Twitter this early morning. The song actually sounds like the two of them would have pretty chemistry with each other. You know what they say; two voices that bend together stay together! Well, I just said that lol. The song is actually very good with Romeo's bars on the track. I'm not sure or not whether Demi Lovato has reached out to Romeo yet on his obsession with her, but we hope the best of friendship for the both of them. Meanwhile, the song is available for download. JoJo "Can't Take That Away From Me" Mixtape

I've been waiting to hear something from JoJo since her last album. Thank God, the R&B Pop songtress has released a mixtape lining up to the release of her third album[coming soon]. You all remember JoJo? She was the one who had us bumping to her first #1 single "Leave (Get Out)" and "Baby It's You Feat. Bow Wow". Joanna Levesque' aka JoJo, took to the studio and recorded some good ol' tunes for us (the fans) to listen to while she grinds hard on her thrid album. JoJo took time to chat with RAP UP Magazine to say this about her mixtape; "This mixtape is more experimental, I was able to explore the full spectrum of things that interest me and inspire me musically. Whereas the album, I wanted to make pop records and radio hits and things that satisfy me, but particularly for [All I Want Is Everything], it’s more of a continuous body of work." She added that the mixtape is more different than her upcoming album All I Want Is Everything.The first single "In The Dark" is different than anything people have heard from her. She said about "In The Dark": It’s a very sensual record and there’s an undertone of sadness to it.

We're glad to hear JoJo is back in the studio and she's ready to give us tons & tons of great music. JoJo never disappointed me with her music. The mixtape actually released the 7th of September, and I just downloaded it myself. Listening to 30 secs of each song, you can hear vocally how much JoJo has grown so much in her music, lyrics and style. From what I hear, JoJo took full control of the album and you can hear in the music itself she took on different elements and became luccid to what she wanted this mixtape to become of. Welcome back JoJo, I can't wait to hear the album coming soon. This is mixtape is going to be on heavy rotation on my IPOD for a couple of months =). To download the Mixtape read after the jump.
