Let's Talk Entertainment W/ LaTroy [Radio Show]

I'm Back! I'm Back! I'm Back!!! Let's Talk Entertainment W/ LaTroy is back on your radio waves during happy hour 5pm - 7pm every Friday evening. Yes! Last semester we had to cut the show short but this semester we are in full effect baby! I will be taking it to the moon with this show, nothing cray just some entertaining topics, people, news and so forth. The past two weeks were a blast the first week I did a tribute to the late great Whitney Houston and this past Friday it was all about Relationships. Nothing on the show is scripted it is all REAL!!! I will also have weekly guests and co-hosts just to give the show a little punch.

I Got Accepted To NYIT & Bloomfield College!!!

After months of waiting I finally received the most exciting news ever!!! It first started when I got an email from NYIT (New York Institute of Technology) informing me that I indeed got into their school and I would be sent the acceptance letter/package in the mail shortly. Just ten minutes of receiving the email from NYIT, I was greeted by a big squared envelope at my door, it was from Bloomfield College.

My friend Kim (Morek that is) ecstatically rushed me to tear open the package to read what was inside. Being the extra person that I am, I wanted to snap pictures before I opened the envelope and post it on FaceBook and Instagram. It was then I tore the envelope apart and boom THE GOLDEN TICKET!

New Video - Harmonly Le'Fly "Seduce Me On The Moon"

Remember when I introduced you all to a very talented friend of mine from the dirty jerz by the name of Harmony Le'Fly? Well if you don't remember you can go back to a post where I posted his first single "Freeky As She Wanna Be".  Harmony is back but this time not just giving us his song to listen to, he also began to direct and even star in his own videos for his songs.

The first video Harmony Le'Fly released was for his freaky seductive single "Bottom Lip" and the latest and neweest video "Seduce Me On The Moon" which co-stars a very sexy female friend of his. The seductive songster knows just what to harmonize to get the ladies to drop their panties in just a matter of 1..2...3...seconds. The new gadget of modern technology is in for 2012. I recently seen this Retro Telephone Head Set on some of my favorite reality shows but I most remember seeing it on Braxton Family Values (Towanda and Trina were both seen using the head set). If you don't know what the Retro Telephone Head Set is then I don't know what to tell you pal! 

I Don't Know Where To Start...My Apologies!

I don't even know where to start you guys, I haven't posted something in weeks which feels like years. Seriously, I'm sorry to keep you shuned out of my life, it's not like so much has happened; a lot has happened in a matter of three weeks. I know i've made promises to never leave the blogging world but

New Video - Mama Jones "Psychotic"

Mama Jones (rapper Jim Jones's mother) and breakout star off of VH1's Love & Hip-Hop just released the music video for her popping Reality TV hit song "Psychotic", which is a song she recorded on the show to play off as the "PSYCHOTIC BITCH!" her soon to be daughter-in-law Chrissy Lampkin described her as in season one. Though Nancy Jones (Mama Jones) and Chrissy had a very rocky relationship, their feud towards each other dwindled down seen on season two of Love & Hip-Hop. 

If you don't know the past story between the two, I suggest you start by watching season one and then catching up on season two to understand why the two had so much animosity towards one another in the first place. I personally like the song, it's a catchy tune and Mama Jones is full of real personality that can't escape one's eye. This is the first single from Mama Jones, praying many moons there will be another track along with waiting for her to perform "Psychotic" on award shows, mini-concerts or maybe in the clubs. Take a look at the video directed by "DC" Coles, now you tell me if Mama Jones is PSYCHOTIC or not!!! 

Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom - Kendall & Kylie Jenner Interview [Audio]

If you haven't already found out, two weeks ago Khloe Kardashian Odom started her second round as radio hostee' for Mix 102.9 FM. This isn't Khloe's first radio stint, four years ago living in Miami for the summer with her older sister Kourtney Kardashian, she signed on to do a after-dark radio show every Friday night between the hours of 12 am - 3am entitled After Dark with Khloe Kardashian. Khloe Kardashian Odom became a natural on the mic even also a fan favorite. Khloe's new radio show Mix-Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom grasps radio listeners as she interviews some of your favorite celebs, fashion and love advice and even inside scoop on her crazy Kardashian-Jenner clan when they're not filming. 

Last Friday, Khloe got the chance to interview her two baby sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner as she tried to pull out juicy gossip about boys and relationships; only making the two teen models a bit shy sharing their knowledge on love and boys. The Jenner dolls did however give good talk when they chatted about their new Teen Vogue magazine cover and how they feel about the public announcing them as KARDASHIANS. Hey Everyone! I know I've been leaving you all high and dry. I'm telling you i'm the laziest person EVER! I get so many great ideas in my head to blog about, but the next day I get too tired to even open up my laptop and write! I have the Blogger app on my phone and iTouch, but I wish it was a lot SIMPLER than how its used on the mobile apps. I want to thank those who continue to leave comments and view my blog. I'll be back next week with all new posts and I might start doing some pop culture stuff *goodie goodie* 

But this weekend, I'll be away from Blogger as the hours countdown until my Birthday this coming Sunday!!! Horrrrraaaayyyy for me! I'll be turning 23 years YOUNG. This weekend i'll be doing a lot hanging with family and even joint sharing my b'day with my bff!!! I will let you know how I celebrated come Monday. Until then everyone have a safe and fun weekend. As for gifts, I'd like specialty gift cards from Forever 21.

The bravest Civil Rights leader ever, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I thank this African-American man for all that he has done to make the world equal. His never ending desire to stop segregation in the south, phenomenal speeches, positive work in his community, loving family family, beautiful soul and March on Washington, Dr. King sacrificed it all for me and billions of others to become equal in a world that was once full of hate and disgrace.

Tasty Tuesday: Easy, Impressive Frittata

I don't know what this is above seen in the picture, but it looks like a different kind of Omelet. Well it isn't though you guys, it's actually a healthy breakfast dish made by once Real Housewife of New York and Bravo's very  own Bethenny Frankel. This breakfast dish which she calls Easy, Impressive Frittata is a morning starter. If you ask me, it looks like macaroni and cheese  baked in a circle pan. Is Being A Solo Artist Right For Every Person In A Music Group?

I was thinking most of the music groups in the entertainment industry sometimes breakup or disband because members want to go solo. Then it came to my mind asking myself is it possible a member of a group can go solo? There are a lot of music group acts that I actually loved as a group, but when they disbanded it was like uhm....did they have to go solo? The only groups I know that successfully had members go solo and I approved of was Destiny's Child and N'Sync (naming acts that I grew up with). 

Other than that, I feel like if you're in a group it's for a special reason. You and those other people's voice blend together so well to create one sound. Wouldn't you think that one sound is equal to a solo career? I'm not saying every music group shouldn't have members that embark on a solo career. I would like to see our music groups stay as music groups for about four albums or more.

The couple will be outstandingly great parents and baby Blue will be the most beautiful Hip-Hop and RnB princess in the world. I wish them a blessed life, love and happiness until the end of time. I love this new family!!! I'm happy for you Bey!!! Baby Blue Ivy Carter .... HOLLA <>!

Throwback Friday - B2K "Why I Love You"

Remember when B2K took over the music world? Well, one of my favorite songs from the group is their slow ballad "Why I Love You". I remember all the young girls would go crazy over B2K and shockingly they attracted older women too. I'm kind of mad they disbanded, but at least they left us with great dance tracks and soothing slow ballads. 

Omarion, J Boog, Lil' Fizz and Raz B formed the group B2K (Boys Of The Millennium) and there will never be an amazing RnB group just like them.
