Weekend Workouts!



This past weekend full of work and soreness. I decided to put a little extra more umph in my workout routine 
and add some jogging to the affect. I jogged 30 mins from my house to the nearest track field. I love jogging but in this summer heat that we are receiving, I felt like I was going to pass out any minute. But like a pro, I kept on going. I also took pictures and video footage of my jogging. Proof to show if I can do it, so can you! Working out is easy! It should be apart of everyday life!
