Workout Wednesday: Setting Goals
Everyone always remember when working out to immediately set goals and follow them. Setting Goals is a big part of working out. If you don't set goals then what are you working out for? What's your reason for putting so much strength on your body. Also, by setting goals you can accomplish a lot more and see results in days faster than expected. To set goals means to to reach a point where you feel you should stop working out or cutting back from it. Some people's goals may be getting down to a size 4, weighing 160 and down, fitting a size medium instead of x-large and getting wash board abs. Setting goals keeps you organized not just for getting fit, but for life itself. Set Goals, Get Toned and Get Your Body Right! :)

Workout Wednesday: Resting
I know you all are saying what is up with the picture of legs and feet. Well if you didn't know, the most important part of a workout is RESTING. I've been posting a lot of workout routines, but I also didn't take the time out to include relaxation and resting is a big part of working out. You obviously can't continue to work on your body without giving it any rest. I mean c'mon how tired and exhausted will you be? lol. Especially when your body is excessively sore. Just rest that body! It will do you so much good.

Workout Wednesday: Household Chores
I cried when I came across this picture right now! This is exactly what I feel like right now except the baby, well my dog is like my baby so okay. Today's Workout Wednesday is very different from the past other ones. It is the day before Thanksgiving, and this year we are having the holiday feast at my house. There is a multitude of cleaning throughout this house for the past 2/3 days. When I say cleaning up is a workout, it literally is a workout. This workout may be easy for those who really don't like to get up and exercise. If you ask me I'd rather workout than clean up lol. When cleaning and cooking you tend to move a lot and that causes you to burn calories. It's the little movements that you don't notice that will help you burn fat and calories. Obviously this is what I have been doing for the past day and I'm quite tired already. What do you consider an easy workout? Would you rather do chores than go to the gym? What does your cleaning up routine insist of?

Workout Wednesday: Pilates
This week's "Workout Wednesday" is a very fun exercise; Pilates. Pilates is more intricate but yet simple form of Yoga, but it involes all body parts and using your strength. I hear doing Pilates is good for toning the body. I might need to start taking some Pilate classes asap if thats the truth :). Enjoy the Pilate 101 video posted after the jump. PS. Thanks To My Friend Makayla For Giving Me The Pilates Workout! She's The Best!

Workout Wednesday: YOGA
Today's Workout Wednesday is simply the relaxing and easiest form of exercising. You all know about YOGA even if you never tried it or you heard about it from a friend who's taken YOGA classes. YOGA is simply a relaxing form of exercising, placing your body in flexible positions, to relax your mind, body, and soul. Also, in the process you can shed some lbs and tone your body. I never tried YOGA but i'm aware the moves that are done in YOGA classes, I have done but just wasn't paying attention. YOGA is very good for those who refuse to go to a gym and workout. YOGA is free, you can take classes from your own home, or simply have a YOGA class yourself with a few close friends. When I say YOGA is free from your home, I mean you can turn on your OnDemand if you are a digital cable subscriber and find various free YOGA feautres. I rather take the in home YOGA classes rather than paying membership at the gym lol. What about you? I hear that YOGA classes are fun and your body feels so great afterwards. I really need to get up on the bandwagon!

Today's Workout Wednesday is a bit fun and different. Since technology is progressing with such online social networks like MySpace, FaceBook, and Twitter; I feel everyone should know how to type without looking. If you haven't you better start getting to it. It's great exercise too when you think about it. There are a lot of PC games and software to help build your typing accuracy. One I would recommend is "Mavis Beacon Typing Pro". Get to working those phalanges to work strong!

Try to do a rep of 10 sets of 3 a day and lets see those calves get in shape. There's nothing like having good calve muscle show through your jeans or when wearing shorts.

Workout Wednesday: Basic Water Aerobics
Today's Workout Wednesday is Basic Water Aerobics. Now, who doesn't like working out in the water? I know I'm such a pool and beach boy, that I can basically stay in water for hours and not complain. Water is so relaxing, and makes your body feel like your fit for life. I choose Basic Water Aerobics just because I feel water is such a great fun way to shed some lbs and boost up your Cardio moves in the water. The water is a challenge itself too, you think it's tough to actually hold your balance and workout through the tedious waves current below. Look after the jump for Basic Water Aerobics Instructional Videos. Enjoy :-)

Workout Wednesday: Squats
Today's Workout Wednesday is all about getting those nice firm buttocks and toned theighs. Squats can be pretty challanging depending on how you do them. As if you didn't know, i'm trying to get my Kim Kardashian butt back (exaggerating). So, I try to do Squats daily, but it never fails with me giving up after the first 10. There are many different ways you can do them, but I challange myself and try to do with with a non-movable chair or exercise ball. How often do you do Squat workouts? Are they easy for you? What kind of Squat workouts would you reccommend?

Workout Wednesday: The Bicycle
Today's Workout Wednesday is the Bicycle exercising machine. If you ever have a day where the weather is getting in the way of your daily jog or run such as rain, snow, or it's just too cold, don't just stay in doors and do nothing. Make up for it by doing your jog or run by sitting down. The great machine to replace that jog and run is the Bicycle. The Bicycle is very easy to find, and you can find the best low price for one. The Bicycle targets every part of your body that running and jogging will do. You can watch TV, a Movie, or Listening to Music when cycling. Working out on the Bicycle will help you burn calories and shed belly fat or those annoying love handles. I know I sound like a complete infomercial salesman, but in my house we own a Bicycle and I absolutely adore it. I rather the Bicycling than running outside, but sometimes you need to run or jog with fresh air around you or just seeing the view around your neighborhood. Approximate time you should spend on the Bicycle should be between 30-45 mins. It's not that hard, just work at your own pace! Do you like the Bicycle? Let Me Know...

Workout Wednesday: Wii Just Dance
Today's Workout Wednesday Is 30min Dance Cardio To Nintendo Wii's "Just Dance". This game is full of fun songs and choreography dance moves to get you pumping and shedding some lbs. I actually own this game and I love dancing to "Britney Spears-Womanizer", "MC Hammer-Can't Touch This", "Katy Perry- Hot N' Cold" and "Spice Girls-Wannabe". The game shows an avatar on screen and with the controller your movement matches the movement with the avatar with the choreography given. It sound's easy but it's really not, trying to get a high score on each song is very difficult. You'll have to master each move down to a T! So, for all my people who aren't fond with exercising; running, jogging, going to the gym. Then why not have fun while working out with "Just Dance" for the Nintendo Wii Console.
