Workout Wednesday: Basic Water Aerobics


Today's Workout Wednesday is Basic Water Aerobics. Now, who doesn't like working out in the water? I know I'm such a pool and beach boy, that I can basically stay in water for hours and not complain. Water is so relaxing, and makes your body feel like your fit for life. I choose Basic Water Aerobics just because I feel water is such a great fun way to shed some lbs and boost up your Cardio moves in the water. The water is a challenge itself too, you think it's tough to actually hold your balance and workout through the tedious waves current below.  Look after the jump for Basic Water Aerobics Instructional Videos.
