Today's Workout Wednesday is a bit fun and different. Since technology is progressing with such online social networks like MySpace, FaceBook, and Twitter; I feel everyone should know how to type without looking. If you haven't you better start getting to it. It's great exercise too when you think about it. There are a lot of PC games and software to help build your typing accuracy. One I would recommend is "Mavis Beacon Typing Pro". Get to working those phalanges to work strong!
