Workout Wednesday: Toe Raises


Today's Workout Wednesday is Toe Raises. Why not get our calves in shape and do these easy but tough lower body workout. It's easy if you do it with a chair or with your hands on the wall. Try to do a rep of 10 sets of 3 a day and lets see those calves get in shape. There's nothing like having good calve muscle show through your jeans or when wearing shorts.
