Workout Wednesday: Pilates


This week's "Workout Wednesday" is a very fun exercise; Pilates. Pilates is more intricate but yet simple form of Yoga, but it involes all body parts and using your strength. I hear doing Pilates is good for toning the body. I might need to start taking some Pilate classes asap if thats the truth :). Enjoy the Pilate 101 video posted after the jump. PS.
