Congrats To Prince William & Princess Kate Middleton

May I say I am honored to say I have been alive to see a Royal Wedding take place between two beautiful people. HRH (His Royal Highness) Prince William of Wales no The Duke of Cambridge has married HRH (Her Royal Highness) The Dutchess of Cambridge Catherine "Kate" Middleton at Westminster Abby in London. The Royal Wedding as they called it was viewed by billions of people all over the world on television and in person if you were in London. I actually stayed up till 4'o'clock A.M. just to watch the Royal Wedding. What a beautiful ceremony. I was completely in tears for the both of them. Their wedding reminded me of a fairytale ending as in something you'd see in a Walt Disney movie. 

Throwback Friday - Usher "You Make Me Wanna..."

Remember Usher's infamous video "You Make Me Wanna..."? This was around the mid-late 90's and this was one of the first videos and song I've ever heard from Usher. It was my introduction to meeting him (well in my mind). I had no idea he had an album way back when he was a little pre-teen. "You Make Me Wanna..." was a hot slow jam that my step-father used to play over and over. I just got so hooked on the song and became a big Usher fan ever since. I haven't heard this song in a while so I thought I should make this todays "Throwback Friday". Everyone have a safe and fun weekend =). 

The X-Factor Auditions

Remember when I posted two weeks ago about me auditioning for The X-Factor? Well, I went to the auditions and was there from 6 a.m. until 9:45 p.m.. Thank God my good friend Allie French came along with me and tried her hardest to stay with me throughout the whole thing. Thank You Allie =). Allie really did stay with me almost half of the day. I don't know what I would have did without her accompanying me.

Auditions were held at The Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The talent was HUGE! There were a lot of good people who cam to audition and I also ran into a MTV Real World Alumni; Aneesa from Real World: Chicago. Aneesa was also auditioning; her voice is amazing. Overall, I enjoyed myself but I didn't make it through to the next round. Well, there's always a next time. I'll never give up on my dream of becoming a singer. I want to share some pictures with you all. Check them out after the jump.

My First Night Making Enchiladas

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to try to make Britany's Enchilada recipe. I must say, I am one hell of a cook lol. This was my first time making them for my family and I got great reviews. This meal was not that hard to make, just a lot of work. Thank you Britany for teaching me how to make Enchiladas better than you =) J/K. How do you think I did? See more pictures after the jump.

Wishful Wednesday...

Happy middle of the week to you all. Today is Wishful Wednesday and the week is almost over. As always, I will be posting my wish of the day right after the jump. I bet you're wondering what is up with the green globe,  leaves, trees and etc. Well, I thought it would be very important to know what your wishes are upon the environment and what could we all do to keep our home called Earth CLEAN. You ever heard of the term "GO GREEN" right? More doing and less talking! 

Beyonce's "Move Your Body" Music Video

The music video for Beyonce's "Move Your Body" for the Let's Move campaign has just arrived. Talk about a fun workout video with Beyonce huh?! The video is head on full of dance and I'm loving each and every second of the video. I love seeing young kids with so much talent dance side by side next to Beyonce. I mean she's the greatest!!! I enjoyed the video a lot. Those kids has so much swag to them. Great Job!

The Kardashians are back June 12 with an all new season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and this time they need our help! It seems to be that the crazy family and E! execs can't seem to choose the right promo ad. So it is up to us to choose which promo ad we would want to see all over the world. Personally, it was a hard choice for me; I decided to kept it Kardashian classy and chose the white and black promo ad. New Music- Beyonce "Who Run The World (Girls)"

Is anybody feeling Beyonce's new song "Run The World (Girls)"? Not so many people are happy about the song. I wasn't a fan of it when I first heard it, but it grew on me after the second time around. The chorus is very catchy, something you can't get out of your head. I don't care if the single does bad or good, I just can't wait until her forthcoming album drops this summer =). Tasty Tuesday: Sangria Perea

 Happy Tasty Tuesday everyone. Today's special drink recipe comes from our friends over at The Food Network. I decided to choose an of age alcoholic drink just be festive to bring in the spring weather. I'm sure everyone has heard of the drink Sangria. I personally never had Sangria, but I hear from all my friends and family, it is one of the best fruity wine drinks they have ever had. The name of the wine is called "Sangria Perea" and by looking at the picture above you can tell it has to be one hell of a good drink. Hopefully soon I'll be starting my summer right by making a pitcher of this fruity juice =).    

Favorite Drink at the Moment

I have been seeing this juice being stocked back to back in my refrigerator lately. Minute Maid Pomegranate Lemonade, is my new favorite drink right now. The taste is so delicious. I swear you can drink this with anything even after a work out at the gym and you will be A-OK! It's very healthy filled with antioxidants you need such as vitamins C and E. A very appropriate drink during anytime of the day. I like to fill my on the go cup with Minute Maid's outstanding flavored Pomegranate Lemonade juice. If you know me, then you would know I love any juice mixed with the sour taste of lemons haha =). 

Madea's Big Happy Famil

Yesterday, I went to see Madea's Big Happy Family with my two friends to enjoy the Easter holiday. The movie was very good and funny. I enjoy all of Tyler Perry's stage plays and movies. The cast did a brilliant job. Sadly this time I didn't get my usual gummy bears snack, instead with me being under the weather I got a large Sprite mixed with Hi-C. Have you seen the movie yet? The Blackberry PlayBook has just been released on the markets. This is totally different from the iPad and Samsung Tablet. It's like a big version of a Blackberry Phone, but kicked up to be the most amazing tablet ever. Now, in an orderly fashion, who is buying me the Blackberry Playbook? Raise Your Hands Please, LOL!. Wishful Wednesday...

Welcome to the wonderful day of the week. The best day of my week actually. Today is Wishful Wednesday. It is the day where we all get to wish for something to either change or lives or just happen in general; nothing to bad to say the least. My mind may not be filled with a lot of wishes but as the days go by my wish list just starts to reappear more and more. I'm not all for what reality t.v. has developed into today. Tasty Tuesday: Roast Turkey Breast With Glazed Vegetables

Easter is right around the corner. I thought it would be ideal to select a dish that represented the Easter holiday. When I think of the Easter holiday and its feast, I tend to think of light meals. Hearty meals, but just something to nourish the body for new beginnings. The lightest meal that seems to intrigue my taste buds searching for a meal was "Roast Turkey Breast With Glazed Vegetables". Turkey meat has to be one of my favorite meats I enjoy. It's lean, healthy and the juice it creates is just mouth watering. DASH NYC

Last week Tuesday, I took a rainy trip out to NYC to visit the Kardashian's 3rd chain boutique DASH. I was so shocked that I was actually standing in front of their store. I nearly almost walked past the store if I hadn't looked at the store signs. The DASH experience is way different than what you see on T.V.

Reviews on Scream 4

Without anyone giving a summary of what the movie was about or what happened, can I get a review of how the movie was? good or bad. I would like to know what you all thought before I go see the movie myself. Thank You =) . If you haven't gone to see the movie, it is out today. 

Throwback Friday - Toni Braxton "He Wasn't Man Enough"

Toni Braxton has always been one of my favorite singers of all time. I recently auditioned one of her songs. I can remember growing up and my mother playing Toni Braxton throughout the day while cleaning up. Toni Braxton is just so beautifully talented. Her soft toned contralto voice just makes my body quiver. Still till this day, I keep rocking out to all her albums. One of my favorite videos from Toni Braxton is one of her hit singles "He Wasn't Man Enough". 

OMG, I can literally remember watching the video over and over trying to learn the dance scene lol. Can I point out how on point her body looks? Toni Braxton is pure beauty inside and out. I just love her in every way. Thank God she is still around to put out real music. This is why today's "Throwback Friday" goes out to Toni Braxton's "He Wasn't Man Enough", enjoy and have a great weekend. 

I'm Auditioning For "The X-Factor"

I've been keeping this under wraps for a good minute. About two months ago I just signed up to receive updates about a new talent competition coming our way very soon. The talent competition is called "The X-Factor" basically "The X-Factor" is a talent competition between solo and group singers. The winner or winners of the competition, will get a 5 million dollar recording contract. This is much like American Idol but the process is a bit different. I don't know how different it will be, but with lady luck on my side, we'll soon begin to see. The show is created by no other than talent competition founding father Simon Cowell, who also created "American Idol", "Britain's Got Talent" and also "Pop Idol".  These are all three outstanding shows and have plenty seasons hit after hit. Although, "The X-Factor" was birthed in the United Kingdom, Simon Cowell, thought it was time to look for the person with "The X-Factor" in The United States.

It is the middle of the week. You know what that means, it is Wishful Wednesday. Since it's April, I thought i'd use a picture of April showers. I wish it didn't have to rain so much this month. I feel like all we had was rainy weather and maybe like 2 or 3 days of a good sunshine. By this time you should already know what my wish of the day is lol. Rihanna has teamed up with pop queen Britney Spears to remix Rihanna's 3rd hit single "S&M" off her "Loud" album. The two jumped into the studio two weeks ago to record this smash hit. Fans all over the world are going crazy over the remix. I mean you couldn't have paired any two amazing artists to get one brilliant song. I actually love the remix so much better now that Britney Spears has blessed the track with her vocals. The song is so much edgier and seductive. Spring Time Fashion

If you all didn't know, it is Spring Season. Which means warm weather and less layers of clothing. The weather over here in the east coast has been up and down rapidly. One week it would be nice in the 60s an 70s but then the next week it would be rainy and cold in the 30s and below. I honestly don't have a clue of what's going on in mother nature's mind lol. She has gone bisurk. 

New Music: Beyonce - " Move Your Body "

Beyonce has done it again and probably made another crazy dance song. Beyonce has teamed up with Michelle Obama and her campaign to stop the excessive obesity in the world mainly young children. March 2011, Beyonce went into the studio with Swizz Beatz again to create a full body workout song to the beat of "Get Me Bodied" entitled "Move Your Body". The song features 8 mission dance moves Beyonce sings out including an all new chorus. The song will definitely have you burning calories and make you much more interested in loosing weight. There is a video for the song, I believe her longtime friend and choreographer Frank Gatson taught the moves to some dancers and filmed the finished product. You will see him introduce the dance routine. This for sure is about to be another summer dance hit. =) enjoy!

Throwback Friday - James Blunt "You're Beautiful"

Do you know that saying "Oh, Just Let It All Hang Out"? Well, I can quite remember this musical artist by the name of James Blunt who did just the exact thing. It was his debut video to the song "You're Beautiful". The video/song represents the beauty within and not the outside. He's actually around his town taking off every bit of clothing he had on until he became completely naked. This has to be one of my favorite music videos to date. I remember hearing the song in high school and a friend of mine and I would use to make a silly joke about the song. I would start singing the song and my friend would start to almost pull out her weave/tracks lol, it was too funny. Without further adu, I'd like to present you with today's Throwback Friday featuring James Blunt in "You're Beautiful".

Kourtney Kardashian's Fast Speed Greet

I have theses photos in my phone where last month Kourtney Kardashian did a live speed greet with one person from each of the 52 states. It was sponsored by T-Mobile. I found it very nice of Kourtney Kardashian to Skype with 52 people where they got to ask her any one question that they wanted. This USTREAM we get to know a lot about Kourtney that we have never learned about before. I love interviews where fans get to ask the questions, reason why is because the questions become more real and the entertainer/celebrity getting asked on the spot has to come up with real genuine answers. The answers are coming from their heart and mind. Nothing is rehearsed whatsoever. Kourtney did an outstanding job on her first Nation's Fastest Speed Greet. Charlie Sheen Winning on USTREAM

Can we say Charlie Sheen WINNING? Last month, I finally got to see Charlie Sheen's crazy antics in full action. No, I wasn't in front of his face, he was actually on USTREAM. That hour with him was so funny and fun. Charlie Sheen is very entertaining and I love him on "Two and a Half Men". I have more pictures from his USTREAM night. Don't call me a creep or judge me lol. Wishful Wednesday...

Today is our favorite day of the week. Want to know why? Well, because its the middle of the week which means Friday is almost near. Today is Wishful Wednesday, a day where we can just wish about anything we practically want. This second half of my spring session semester is flying way over my head. I don't think I can even catch up right about now. The year is almost over, but I'm feeling it's just only the beginning. I wish there was a way I can stop this crazy madness. Hmmm, lol. Well, why don't I just make a wish. Yeah! I can do that  so can you. I know there has to be something bothering you or something you want to change. There is a new love show in town heading our way in just a few days. Yes! The worlds biggest power couple Lamar & Khloe Kardashian-Odom are getting ready to premiere their reality show on E! this coming Sunday entitled "Khloe & Lamar". The show will focus around the lives of the newly married couple as well as how they handle their businesses apart from each other. Oh' of course, you couldn't film a Kardashian show without drama. Will there be any? YES! plenty of it. Not only will you see Khloe and Lamar but also Rob Kardashian makes an appearance as he is also living with the couple. Get ready everyone, the Odom's are ready to take us by storm this spring/summer.

Tasty Tuesday: Golden Pound Cake

Today is the most delicious day of the week =). Only because today is Tasty Tuesday. Last night, my mother decided to bake a cake. Knowing we didn't have any cake frosting till the last minute, she decided to call the cake "Pound Cake" lol. My mother can be a character at times. I knew I thought to myself that there actually has to be a way to make pound cake w/o using actual box cake mix. It did taste like Pound Cake, but I wanted to search up other recipes to see what other kinds are there. This is why today I'm making "Golden Pound Cake" todays' Tasty Tuesday. The special twist to it is that the top has some type of cranberry sauce. Looks good to me. =). Read after the jump for the recipe. Bon' Appetite'

Good Ventures Coming My Way...

Hey everyone! Words cannot describe how happy I am right now. I just might have a new venture under my belt on the way anytime soon. I'm not going to jinx myself or discuss it now, but when it really happens you will be the first to know. This is a new venture I'm trying out because of my personality. I believe me being me can take me to new heights! I want to tell you so bad lol! We will just have to be patient and let it come together. Just pray everything goes well for me please!!!! Fashion: Absol Designs

 I'm here to introduce you to some new dope fashion. This dope line of graphic shirts and crewneck sweatshirts is called "Absol Designs". I came across their website off of one of my favorite blogs [www.runnj.tv]. Let me just start out by saying the guy who owns this line is incredibly SICK and CREATIVE. I don't know if I told you, but right now I'm heavily into crewneck sweatshirts. I rarely like graphic t-shirts, but when I do search for one there are ones that really don't catch my attention. This is why i'm in groupie mode over Absol Designs. Absol Designs is created by Altaron Brown of New York and New Jersey, he is a graduate of The Art Institute of NYC and a former MTV Intern.

The designs are pretty nice and once you see some of the clothes you'll immediately have to buy you a shirt or two. The best part about this clothing line is that the sweatshirts are unisex! A fit for everyone guy or gal. I think I found my fashion gear for the summer. I don't care how HOT it gets for a crewneck sweatshirt thats how HOT these designs are. These designs give me the feeling of being authentic and vintage. It's like the 80's meets the future. I don't know what goes on in the head of Mr. Altaron Brown, but whatever he is thinking and doing then he better not STOP!.If you don't believe me check the pictures after the jump.

Throwback Friday - Britney Spears "...Baby One More Time"

To conclude the end of the week, I decided in honor of Britney Spears's 7th album "Femme Fatale" release this week, we would take it way back to her very first single that made her a hit; "...Baby One More Time". The year was 1999 and pop music never been the same ever since. Britney Spears just kept coming at us with hit after hit after hit. Britney Spears became the fastest selling young pop artist of the new millennium and so on. I remember watching the video and trying to learn all the dance moves lol.
