My friend William is an up and coming singer/dancer, his moves is sick; not to mention the boy can SANG! If you ask me, I enjoy watching William's video better. The Evaluation of E.T.

I'm pretty sure everyone seen the 1982 movie "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial". If you haven't then I don't know if you live in a box or you just didn't have an imagination. To get my point across here, I watched the movie for like the umpteenth time this morning. I decided to really get into the movie and do some observing and evaluating. I forgot to save my list on my BlackBerry but I remember one topic I wanted to touch on. The topic I wanted to touch on was knowing what E.T. is made out of. I know it sounds weird, but what ever, he is an alien duh, but what are they made out of.

I don't know about you, but I overall guessed that E.T. is made out of sausage. What do you think? I'm not trying to be funny, but his skin looks so much like Kielbasa sausage you just had to question it. That's all I evaluated for today, seemingly I really couldn't remote myself to save my list on my BlackBerry. What do you think? Since technology is progressing with such online social networks like MySpace, FaceBook, and Twitter; I feel everyone should know how to type without looking. If you haven't you better start getting to it. It's great exercise too when you think about it. There are a lot of PC games and software to help build your typing accuracy. One I would recommend is "Mavis Beacon Typing Pro". Get to working those phalanges to work strong!

Not that I've never been a fan, but now I'm seriously a big fan of the hit FOX TV Show "GLEE". If you don't know "GLEE" is about a bunch of "GLEE CLUB MEMBERS" just singing popular tunes throughout the show, although they do have pretty good story lines. I've only watched 3 full episodes but believe it or not I can't stop listening to the soundtracks they have. Workout Wednesday: Toe Raises

Today's Workout Wednesday is Toe Raises. Why not get our calves in shape and do these easy but tough lower body workout. It's easy if you do it with a chair or with your hands on the wall. Try to do a rep of 10 sets of 3 a day and lets see those calves get in shape. There's nothing like having good calve muscle show through your jeans or when wearing shorts.

You all know Kiely Williams formerly of the R&B Girl Group 3LW, 1/3 member of The Cheetah Girls. I would say 4/5 months ago, she premiered her new music video "Spectacular" which caused headlines all over about what she was trying to portray to her audience. Watch the video below; 

Well, people were discussing her video and  were concerned about the message she was trying to pull to her young female fans. Kiely was getting a lot of backlash for the video and her sister/manager Tse Williams, finally took time out of her busy schedule to make a video and address the public. Babysitting Night #3

Last night was the 3rd time I babysat my two little nephews. Boy, do they keep my sisters' hands busy. These two are so cute and bad that it's like no free time for yourself. I felt an hour was like 3hours. They're really not that bad, just playful a lot and I handled it pretty well. Check out the pictures from our night :0) 

Cavaliers Night!

Like last week Saturday, me and one of my closest friends (Latisha) went Cavaliers Lounge. I forgot to put up the pictures then, but I just found them, so you can take a look at them. That night was very funny and so fun for me to say the least. Another close friend of mines was the DJ there so I went to show my support. The music was to die! But the crowd was dead! LOL, it was a slow night, not a lot of people showed up. I made the best of the night by dancing and drinking. Mind you I don't drink so I didn't know what to order. When I do drink, I'm usually with my BFF who already has a cup and I sometimes drink off her or she'll pour whatever she has in a cup for me and then I'm good. So I rarely know what I'm tasting unless it's a wine cooler. Don't Judge Me! I can remember I had two house drinks which were; Sky(Vodka) & Pineapple Juice   and then Sky(Vodka) and Cranberry Juice. Those two drinks had me tipsy so early! I'm such a light drinker lol. I prefer the Pineapple flavor though.My last and third drink was a Bay Breeze, and I was tipsy once again.    I wasn't trying to get drunk so I stopped.  I can't believe i'm actually going on about this night lol. Okay long story short, the party was finished at 2am, had fun, got there extra early, and uhm...had fun! lol take a look at the pics after the jump.

Today's Workout Wednesday is Basic Water Aerobics. Now, who doesn't like working out in the water? I know I'm such a pool and beach boy, that I can basically stay in water for hours and not complain. Water is so relaxing, and makes your body feel like your fit for life. I choose Basic Water Aerobics just because I feel water is such a great fun way to shed some lbs and boost up your Cardio moves in the water.
