You all know Kiely Williams formerly of the R&B Girl Group 3LW, 1/3 member of The Cheetah Girls. I would say 4/5 months ago, she premiered her new music video "Spectacular" which caused headlines all over about what she was trying to portray to her audience. Watch the video below; 

Well, people were discussing her video and  were concerned about the message she was trying to pull to her young female fans. Kiely was getting a lot of backlash for the video and her sister/manager Tse Williams, finally took time out of her busy schedule to make a video and address the public. Babysitting Night #3

Last night was the 3rd time I babysat my two little nephews. Boy, do they keep my sisters' hands busy. These two are so cute and bad that it's like no free time for yourself. I felt an hour was like 3hours. They're really not that bad, just playful a lot and I handled it pretty well. Check out the pictures from our night :0) 

Cavaliers Night!

Like last week Saturday, me and one of my closest friends (Latisha) went Cavaliers Lounge. I forgot to put up the pictures then, but I just found them, so you can take a look at them. That night was very funny and so fun for me to say the least. Another close friend of mines was the DJ there so I went to show my support. The music was to die! But the crowd was dead! LOL, it was a slow night, not a lot of people showed up. I made the best of the night by dancing and drinking. Mind you I don't drink so I didn't know what to order. When I do drink, I'm usually with my BFF who already has a cup and I sometimes drink off her or she'll pour whatever she has in a cup for me and then I'm good. So I rarely know what I'm tasting unless it's a wine cooler. Don't Judge Me! I can remember I had two house drinks which were; Sky(Vodka) & Pineapple Juice   and then Sky(Vodka) and Cranberry Juice. Those two drinks had me tipsy so early! I'm such a light drinker lol. I prefer the Pineapple flavor though.My last and third drink was a Bay Breeze, and I was tipsy once again.    I wasn't trying to get drunk so I stopped.  I can't believe i'm actually going on about this night lol. Okay long story short, the party was finished at 2am, had fun, got there extra early, and uhm...had fun! lol take a look at the pics after the jump.

Workout Wednesday: Basic Water Aerobics

Today's Workout Wednesday is Basic Water Aerobics. Now, who doesn't like working out in the water? I know I'm such a pool and beach boy, that I can basically stay in water for hours and not complain. Water is so relaxing, and makes your body feel like your fit for life. I choose Basic Water Aerobics just because I feel water is such a great fun way to shed some lbs and boost up your Cardio moves in the water. JoJo "Can't Take That Away From Me" Mixtape

I've been waiting to hear something from JoJo since her last album. Thank God, the R&B Pop songtress has released a mixtape lining up to the release of her third album[coming soon]. You all remember JoJo? She was the one who had us bumping to her first #1 single "Leave (Get Out)" and "Baby It's You Feat. Bow Wow". Joanna Levesque' aka JoJo, took to the studio and recorded some good ol' tunes for us (the fans) to listen to while she grinds hard on her thrid album. JoJo took time to chat with RAP UP Magazine to say this about her mixtape; "This mixtape is more experimental, I was able to explore the full spectrum of things that interest me and inspire me musically. Whereas the album, I wanted to make pop records and radio hits and things that satisfy me, but particularly for [All I Want Is Everything], it’s more of a continuous body of work." She added that the mixtape is more different than her upcoming album All I Want Is Everything.The first single "In The Dark" is different than anything people have heard from her. She said about "In The Dark": It’s a very sensual record and there’s an undertone of sadness to it.

We're glad to hear JoJo is back in the studio and she's ready to give us tons & tons of great music. JoJo never disappointed me with her music. The mixtape actually released the 7th of September, and I just downloaded it myself. Listening to 30 secs of each song, you can hear vocally how much JoJo has grown so much in her music, lyrics and style. From what I hear, JoJo took full control of the album and you can hear in the music itself she took on different elements and became luccid to what she wanted this mixtape to become of. Welcome back JoJo, I can't wait to hear the album coming soon. This is mixtape is going to be on heavy rotation on my IPOD for a couple of months =). To download the Mixtape read after the jump.

This right here is my SWAG!!! Okay, I don't own a Range Rover yet but this is something that I am going to own one of these near far years. I want the Range Rover to be my first car I purchase. You may laugh at me, but trust and believe this car will be paid and full! Don't tell me how much it runs for because I won't even bother intaking what your delivering. Workout Wednesday: Squats

Today's Workout Wednesday is all about getting those nice firm buttocks and toned theighs. Squats can be pretty challanging depending on how you do them. As if you didn't know, i'm trying to get my Kim Kardashian butt back (exaggerating). So, I try to do Squats daily, but it never fails with me giving up after the first 10. There are many different ways you can do them, but I challange myself and try to do with with a non-movable chair or exercise ball. How often do you do Squat workouts? Are they easy for you? What kind of Squat workouts would you reccommend?

YouTube is an outlet where all media videos are thrown into one big website. Honestly, you can just about see and hear anything on YouTube. What I think YouTube is most known for is the tremendous amount of talented unsigned artists that do song covers of many artists or original songs that they wrote. This morning I came across some young adults or teens whose voices just blended so well together, I thought I was watching an episode of Glee. Just watch and listen to these talented singers belt out some of your favorite tunes. I hope they get signed asap!

Today's Tasty Tuesday is a low fat dip i'm sure everyone loves...."Blue Cheese". Thanks to Bethenny Frankel for the delicious video on showing us how to make a low fat Blue Cheese Dip. I don't know about you, but i'm a sucker for Blue Cheese. I use Blue Cheese on everything mostly pasta though and french fries. Dip can be a very high saturated fatty substance, that your only supposed to intake a small amount. Knowing me, I take big dips. Look below after the jump for the instructional video. The Perfect Cast For A Reality TV Show...

I was never asked this question, but i'm all prepared for it. I was thinking what if I was offered a Reality TV Show, and the producers told me I had to pick 5 people; including me making it a total of 6. Who would I pick and why? I think if I was to have a reality show, it would be something like "Basketball Wives" meets "The Real Housewives Franchise" but with a whole diferent tangy twist! First off, the show will be filled with a lot of drama, laughter, and crazy antics that will have you wanting a new episode everyday. Choosing 5 people would be very easy for me. I already know back off hand who I would pick and why. The people I would choose for this reality show all would have significance for the show and a different story to show the world. All my friends are unique' and well crazy fun. I mean wouldn't it be fun to just have a show with all your friends and no drama? It would be right?  Today's Tasty Tuesday Meal, I bring you "Three Cheese Omelet" Recipe shared with us from the Food Network Channel's own show "$40 a Day" curtesy of Miss Katie's Diner cooked by Rachael Ray. I really don't have Omelet's too often, but when I do I like to go plain and simple. After seeing there can be a lot of different types of Omelets with vegatables, spices, and meats, I felt it was too much choosing for me and I'd probably freak out with all those taste in my mouth. God led me to the most deelicious cheesiest Omelet of them all. A Three Cheese Omelet! Yummy! I can tell you it tastes so good with syrup! Yeah, i have quite the sweet tooth lol. The First Apartment

 Hmm, so it's about that time for you to move out of your parents house and into your own right? Well, at least I know i'm not moving out of my mother's house until I graduate college. Call me whatever you want, but i'm in no rush. As some of you don't know, I'm planning my first apartment. That's right! I said APARTMENT! There is totally nothing wrong with renting. I plan on living by myself with just my dogs and my career in PR, I can't rely on mortage. Well, i'm in the process of planning what I want my studio or 1 bedroom apartment to look like. I already have a big idea of what I want my apartment will look like, but i'm not going to share that with you right? lol. I'd give you one hint; my first apartment is going to be in NYC. You can see some pictures of what I think is cute for a first apartment according to me. I'm not saying go straight for these ideas, but to have the dream apartment/house you want, it takes time. Deliberate every room in the house and then start to working on each room one by one. Unfortunately, I probably won't be the one to follow my own advice but whatever lol. Little Shop of Horrors Soundtrack

Yes!, You can call me the biggest geek. I found one of the best movie broadway soundtracks on Itunes. "Little Shop of Horrors" is an old film that originally came out in the 1960's but a little early in the years in 1986 they revamped the movie into a comedy musical tale about a hard working nerdy florist worker, who raises a mysterious mean green plant, that's out to destroy. The 1986 casts Rick Moranis, Ellen Greene, Steve Martin, and Tisha Campbell. If you've never seen the movie before or Broadway show, i'm not going to give more information about it. You'll have to watch it yourself, it's such an awesome movie. If you like the movie and the muisc, i'll post the link to download the soundtrack on Itunes or Amazon.

Aaliyah, was one of the most down to earth, beautiful, intelligent and soft spoken singers to entertain us with the gift of song. 9 years ago, August 25, 2001, Aaliyah died in the Bahamas, in a crucial plane crash that left millions devastated. Aaliyah had just finished filming her 2nd video for her self titled 3rd album. "Rock The Boat" was the last music video Aaliyah made. "Age Ain't Nothin' But A Number", "One In A Million", "Aaliyah", and "I Care For You" are top albums still selling throughout the world. The world may have lost an angel, but her spirit and music still lives on.

I decided to put something for the Pancake lovers. I'm usually the king of Pancakes when I make them at home. I like my pancakes light and fluffy, but also a little crisp at the end; something of how "IHOP" makes them.
